Medium firm (on a scale of 1-10 this is around a 6) massage includes aromatherapy, a Hot pack with choice of cream or oil hot towels for back and feet. 

Addons are additional including any Deep Tissue work which is an additional $10--Cupping is available at no charge 

Firm to Deep massage includes aromatherapy, a Hot pack with choice of cream or oil hot towels for back and feet.   Cupping or Hot Stones or both may be used during treatment to help relax the muscles (no charge).  Specialty Sombra or Shankara or Vital Body Therapeutic spot treatment may be used to help alleviate painful areas.  Add specialty pain oil for just $20 more
