Relax & Restore -Enjoy Light to Firm Pressure to help turn down the nervous system and allow the body to relax.  Enhancements that are included (or can be eliminated):  Choice of CBD, Regular or Arnica Oil, Specialty Aromatherapy, Hot pack, Targeted Hot Stones on the back & Scalp Massage.  Cool eye pack placed over eyes 

Therapeutic Recovery-Enjoy a Deep Tissue Massage usually a targeted area for a 50 minute (for full body 75 or 100 minutes are recommended).  This Sports/Injury Style of massage uses the following enhancements (any can be eliminated):hot stones/heat pack, cupping, gua-sha, CBD/Arnica/Regular Oil, Spot treatment with either hot or cold relief balm with CBD or without.  

Signature-This massage is custom tailored just for you.  From light to deep tissue.  This bespoke, curated treatment is designed to give you the perfect massage for you in this moment.  Whether you want to add parts of our deep tissue or relaxation option.  You will be given 2 enhancements with the option of adding elevated enhancements (only available 75 or 100) Included enhancements- targeted hot stones, scalp massage, CBD oil, Arnica Oil, targeted cupping, body Gua-Sha, foot or hand hydration

These are available for an additonal $15 and are only available with the 75 or 100 minute option and only 1
